you cant. your options are 2 ohm stereo, 8 ohm stereo, or 4 ohm mono. my recommendation would be to follow the diagram that i am an idiot posted. subs should be wired mono whenever possible to avoid cancellation. its also a good thing that you would have too much power than the speakers are rated for. with proper adjustments on the gain and crossover you will be fine. vs. not enough power and the gain cranked all the way giving you distortion. you also wont be pushing the amp at all and shouldnt have to worry about overheating and what not.

the dvc 4 ohm subs wont allow it. when you have a dvc sub you can either parallel or series your coils together. parallel would give you a 2 ohm sub and series would give you an 8 ohm sub. therefore 4ohm stereo isnt an option

you can wire only one voice coil of a dual voice coil woofer, the power handling wil be cut to around 75 percent of the 500 watts that they handle with both coils being used.  This will still have you in the same boat as the 2000 watts into the 4 ohm mono load.

On paper the amp wil produce 300 watts per channel into an 8 ohm stereo load.

If it were my amp and my speakers, it would be wired 4 ohm mono.  But if you are not confident in your ability to determine a safe (for your speakers) listening level, that may not work for you.
