i need someones help please, here is it in a nutshell. i have had two of my cars broken into so i went on e bay got this dei516L was told it was all of it, well no just the add on kit. so here is my help here is all my info how do i wire this all up i have all my books and i know it can be done.

carbine plus 4700, dei516L, also the motion sensor. this is going in a 2003 mit spyder eclipse conv auto tranny v6. has the factory lock and unlock panic trunk release. my biggest thing is i want my carbine to do what's it suppose to but i want it to talk not scream. very simple. i have been told most the wires just like twist together. here is one thing i found that i was told to do but want to make sure with someone that god blessed with this knowledge, on the carbine it has a channel#2 output on the carbine. i was told to plug this into the orange wire called the armed input on the dei516L. that was for starters if anyone can give me a diag. i will trade my knowledge with ya or just thank god for blessing you with the knowledge. i lost alot with both breakins. i am scared they are going to cut the top and we also moved. thanks guys for your time

the 516L is basically a voice module which doesnt really add any security to your car.

Its more or less just a vanity feature.

All you need, in my opinion, is your car alarm with the motion sensor to protect your convertible top and your good to go.

most sensors have 4 wires 12V+, ground, 1st stage, 2nd stage
