I am installing Prestige ALARM/REMOTE START # APS997N. Well my question is I was told I need to install the key bypass module PLJX and I was wondering if anyone has a wireing diagram for this? Or if someone can tell me the wire colors and locations? This is the 2nd time installing this system but first time needing this module. If you think you have info that will help me Plz post as I am installing this NOW!!!.
Thanks vince

Time to call it a night but first thing in the morning I get back to it. Thanks for the link but I was mor needing the wires from the Tahoe side sorry should have been more spasific.<<WHATEVER.
Different Question now. I am using the instuctions from here http://64.85.6.118/diagrams/diagrams.asp
and they say to use the WHITE wire for "IGNITION 2" and my instuctions say IGNITION 2 should have 12V on RUN and mabey START. I am getting 12V in ACC,RUN,START? And the note at the bottom of the instuctions said I MUST USE THE WHITE WIRE FOR REMOTE START. Anyone now something usfull here? Thanks Vince

You MUST connect this wire, otherwise transmission damage could occur. That is the way that wire test ACC,run and start. Make sure its the white wire coming off the key cylinder, and the wire colors for the car are on that diagram.

So my confusion is that all the links are telling me to use thw white wire as IGN 2. My Tahoe has 12V at ACC-RUN-START with the white wire. But my Alarm instructions ask for IGN 2 to have 12V at RUN-(START OPTIONAL). Thanks cpalmer and everyone else
