These were in a factory under the hood fuse box. It was a row of 8-10 50A fuses. I want to use the fuse panel but with some various (smaller) amperage. Anyone ever seen these or know what type they're called, etc.?

That is a female PAL fuse. Newer cars have them....available 20A-120A.

Don't believe you can get less than 20amp ratings.
