Haha, I remember those days.

As to the Alpine not reading all the time, I have a Jenson in dash DVD hu that did that for awhile, now it just doesnt read any discs. Although i have not tried it upside down. It was a cheap deck that came in a car i bought and it still reads usb, SD, and anything on the rca inputs so i just use it as a winter car hu.

But im gonna try it upside down just out of curiousity......
