I have recently received several phone calls about installing a cruise control.  We have not done a cruise in nearly 15 years.

Wondering what brand of cruise controls we should look into picking up.  Any comments welcome.

I'm always surprised at how many we do. We deal with rostra for all of our parts. The universal are hit or miss, sometimes easy, sometimes not. The good ones are the plug and play like cobalts(dealer must turn on with tech tool). Toyotas are mostly easy also, the 2007 style corrolla being the one of the best. Remove Airbag, install factory switch, reinstall airbag and your done.

2X on the Rostra.

Put a cruise display in your store and watch the people that ask about it.   Let the car dealers know you do it too.  Especially if no one else around does it, since it seems like no one does.

Another one here for Rostra. It's not a huge part of our business, but it is rather steady with about 10 of them a month. Some of them have gotten so easy it almost effortless money. The Cobalt is a perfect example. Five minutes and out the door. Even a customer would be able to pull it off in less than 20 minutes, just don't tell them that.

Thanks for the comments, I suddenly find myself with a car with no cruise after about 20 years, I miss one already, looks like someone over your side will be sending me a Rostra shortly.
30 years ago I lived in Florida and used to install about 5 (ARA) units a week, probably done 4 in the 29 years I've been back here.
The wiring isn't difficult, I've access to my engine management, I've already used the NSS and tach for my R/S, VSS is also there.
