number of amps?

currently i have two amps hooked up to my system, i have a 1600 watt 4 channel on my voice (front and rear)and a 1800 watt monoblock on my L7 (bass), my voice isnt as loud as i would like it to be, and i wanted to know if its better to get a stronger amp for my voice (front and rear), or should i switch the 1600 watt amp to my rear speakers (2 pairs of 6x9's), and get a 500 watt amp for my component set in front? system details: two pairs of pioneer 6x9's - Ts-A6993R with a peak of 920 per pair and rms 120 pioneer component set - TS-D1720C with a peak of 520 per set and rms 120 soundstorm f4400 4 ch amp - with a power rating of 160 rms per ch at 4 ohm and 400 max at 2 ohm Kenwood KAC-9103D with a power rating at 900 rms at 2 ohm i'm using 0 gauge main wire with a distribution block to 4 gaugeMastermindz

Have you tried turning the gain down on the bass amp?

I have the gain on my bass amp zeroed out, I have a clarion eqs746, could it be the eq not putting out enough to my voice amp? I feel as if the bass is overpowering my voice, but at the same time I don't want to sacrifice bass, so do I improve my amps or speakers? I'm pretty happy with the speakers i have right now, but not sure if I'm getting the max outta them?Mastermindz

Turn your woofers off, turn it up and notice if you can reach your desired listaning level without distortion?  If you can not, a bigger amp may be in order.
