bad bad noise in my system

hey guys need help just install 1200w amp to aftermarket speakers to my fact radio I get noise from engine ac fan turn signal you name it its there? is a 2001 Monte Carlo. I have try noise filter but nothing. any advise to fix this crazy noise? thanks.

We need a TON more info. Brand names? Hi to lo adapters? RCA in/outs? Where is the system grounded? Where is the battery grounded? Signal processors? Have you unplugged the signal inputs to the amps? If you have, does the noise persist? If it doesn't, is it COMPLETELY gone, or simply "quieter"... Seriously. What have YOU done to troubleshoot? It seems *my* magic 8-ball is broken, as is most everyone's here...It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

if you used a line out converter, and it has an extra wire or 2 on the converter, read the instructions that came with the converter, they may need to be grounded.

If you did not use a line out converter, turn the gain all the way down on your amplifier.  Not down a bit, All the way down.

ok I am running the factory radio that has a factory amp on rear deck. im installing a 1200 watt X 4 Chnls amp (new brand replica of a kicker amp) here are the specs = model MLA-2009. power@ 4 ohms = 130w x 4 power@ 2 ohms = 300w x 4 bridged power @ 4 ohms =600 x 2 s/n ratio = 103dB low pass crossover(variable)30hz-250hz high pass crossover 50hz-1khz bass boost (variable)0+/-18dB tri-mode operation (yes) line level & speaker level inputs (yes) remote sub level control THD@RMSoutputs =0.01% channel separation = 90dB damping factor = 125+ fuse value = 40 x 2 amps. will be running 2 mids in the front 2 6x9s on rear deck         &       2 subs in the trunk (when subs get plugged in will use Hi Lo converter(PAC/SOEM-4). WHAT WILL BE THE BEST WAY TO WIRE IT AND GET RID OF THE NOISE!!!!!!!

I unplugged everything and started over! I notice something that I dont think is normal!!! I took from the radio speaker wires FR/FL and plugged it into my channel 1 & 2 and when I went to plug the wires in the line converter I notice the the second I touched either the pos or neg the speakers will come on I did not have to have both the neg and pos pluged to make the speakers come on what can be wrong????

What's the EXACT brand name and EXACT model of the hi-to-lo? There may be some specialized installation methods/steps for your particular model. I'd like to locate (hopefully) the latest installation instructions, but I need the make and model of the adapter, please. ...and here's your wiring diagram, just in case...
