Have you tried the other speakers on the amp yet?

ANY amplifier is compatible with ANY driver, as long as the impedance of that driver is higher than the minimim allowed connected impedance of the amplifier.
If those are 4-ohm (nominal) tweeters, there should be NO issue running them with (pretty much literally) any amp manufactured since the early 60's.
You have issues elsewhere.

There is no issue operating any 8-ohm speaker on any car audio amplifier.  That is an easier load than 4-ohms.

x2
That means that there's twice the chance that they'll work with the amp VS 4ohm tweeters -which most are.

well what im asking is wether or not the amplifier will reproduce the high enough frequencies for the tweets?

That will be determind by the frequency response capabilities of the amplifer. Is this amplifier, by chance, Class D? If it is, is it specified as a "subwoofer" amplifier? Please inform us of the MAKE and EXACT MODEL of the amplifier...
8-ohms will work. I promise you. There is something wrong somewhere, and we're trying to help you discover what the issue IS...
The difference between 8-ohms and 4-ohms, besides resistance, is 1: the amp will make half the RMS power - NOT an issue, EVEN REMOTELY with the efficiency of any decent tweeter connected to it. (Even if a woofer were connected, the difference in total output is less than 3dB, an inaudible difference.) 2: The amp will make less heat, i.e. half the current running through the transistors. 3: The amplifier will make one-half the distortion into an 8-ohm load as it does into a 4-ohm load.
These are all desirable, IMO, and if you'll help us with a little more information regarding your gear exactly, we'll be able to get further toward a solution for you.
