Ok so I wired in the diode the opposite way. The only problem is that the trunk trigger doesnt work at all after you arm it. (Thats why I questioned this)

I did figure out that the alarm goes off exactly at 10 mins after you arm it. Im pretty sure its the BCM shutting down. I just gonna wire in a relay for the door triggers and the trunk trigger. I talked to another tech and they said to do it.

Update:

I wired in the relays (1 for the door triggers and 1 for the hood/trunk trigger) just like the DEI 1076 diagram. Everything works fine and the alarm doesnt go off after 10 mins. Even waited some extra time and it still didnt go off. "Whew" Ive installed alarms on a few GM vehicles (same type of BCM's) before and only had to diode isolate the door triggers.....never had to wire in relays too. This is the first time that I installed/messed with an Autopage alarm.....maybe they pick up false triggers more easily? I dont know, but im just glad its fixed now.

Don't want to sound rude but I've never seen relays on a 1076, I just use (loads of) diodes.

Ok, sorry but:
a)Never needed a relay.
b)The original DEI diagramme doesn't show a relay.
Of course if the alarm manufacturers made their sensing circuits less sensitive we wouldn't have this problem.
I believe A/vox has a trigger wire for just this eventuality.

Hmm.....well all I can say is that the diodes alone didnt help, but the relays solved the problem. Thats all I can say. I talked to Autopage tech support and they said to wire in relays to isolate too.

Over sensitive trigger circuit, thankfully we don't get them over here. There's a third method, strapping a 10k resistor between the offending wire and your 12v+ power wire.
