I think the brain on my Viper 550esp went dead, it has a burned chip and I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get it repaired, or a number I can call to get it fixed, If you tell me to return it to the installer because it has a warranty, well here I am and I'm not a dealer, thats where it leaves me here, Thanks

What caused the burnt chip? Was there a short that wasn't fused? You have might be able to send it into DEI for warranty repair yourself, but I always send my stuff in through a friend of mine that is a DEI dealer.
