also forgot to add
headunit is Sony iPod/USB/MP3 PlayerCDX-GT590UI
# 52W x 4 Peak power output
# Direct iPod/iPhone control
# Front USB input
# Front auxillary input
# Rear RCA output x 2
i currently have it setup as follows:
2 subs are being powered by one amp, 4 speakers are being powered by the other amp, the rca's from the headunit both run back to the amp powering the 4 speakers. the rear rca splits off and runs to the amp powering the subs. the subs are hooked up to the left and right terminals on the amp, so one sub is running left, and the other is running right

What is your question, and are you planning on using the 2 unused channels of the bass amp?

Are the rear channels of the amp also capable of operating a 2 ohm per channel load?  You have min 4 ohms on your diagram.
