I am looking for a relay that is SPST and can handle 50amps. I am wiring a 600watt power inverter and want to use the relay to cut power when the ign is turned off. I am going to have to use at least 8 gauge wire and would like to know what type of connecters (female push on) to use to connect the power wire to the relay. The connectors that I have found is for a maximum of 10 gauge wire. If anyone has any ideas where I can find this stuff, please help me out. Thanks.

I think 50A may be a bit undersized if you use the inverters full 600W output.
I'm sure others can give better relay & connector info....
I use a 60A relay for battery isolation; it has the ~9mm spade connectors (3/8" instead of common 1/4").
Though at such high currents, I prefer better bonding - eg, the isolator's 50A circuit breakers use threaded stud & nuts.
