I understand Constant to Momentary with a cap to give a power on pulse.
What I am trying to do is get a pulse at the start of 12v and when the 12v is remove one last pulse.
Be racking the brain, any help?

Did you ever solve this? Let me know. I have an idea of how to do it using three relays, but wondered if maybe your solution was simpler?
