With a proper module like the 530t you simply set it up for "pos at rest" with the lesser units you have to switch the ignition live feeds to ground, or just leave them. With the ignition off they will be negative at rest, I think you have a bad module, remember you will be interrupting both up and down motor wires.

these wires aren't negative with ignition off, yea i know to hook up the wires for each up and down.
think its bad why? when I arm the alarm it throws a pos pulse like it should but i need to switch it to throw a neg pulse...i knew I should have just got the 530t

Exactly my point.
The Mercedes windows will actually sit neg at rest when the ignition is off what the kits need (not the 530t) is to relay the ignition feed down to ground except when the ignition is on.
If your kit gives you instructions for "positive at rest" you should be OK, if not bin it and get a pair of 530t s.

Yes one for each two windows. You have to cut both up and down motor wires on each window.
