how many of you are dei dealers?

We used to be a high volume DEI dealer, but last year we had a falling out with them. They shut down our Directechs access. They said it was because they compared the number of cars that we looked up on directechs to the volume of DEI units we were ordering. Since we looked up more cars than the units we ordered, they shut our Directechs down. The worst thing was, they did this without warning the week of Christmas. Not a big deal, as we have plenty of other ways to get our information, but it was a principal thing for us, as we were the only dealer in a rather large area, and sold incredibly high volume. We switched Compustar to our primary sales, on top of our alternate brands, and dropped DEI altogether. Now, they have a big sales void in our area, and are begging for us to come back. Not sure what they accomplished.
