I did a remote starter to an 02 mitsubishi montero sport and for some reason the brake lights are not working. i just wanted to kno if the remote starter would be causing that. i checked the fuses and not are blown so i was wondering if there was another place for the fuses. i checked the stop fuse and it was good so i was just wanting to get some input on what it could be. I will check the switch but i wanted to kno if it could be something in advance. thanks in advance

Switch may have drifted out of place, also with Mits they have funny fusing, I lost my gauge lights and front and rear fogs once, it turned that the fuse for one side of the running lights fed that circuit, not the obvious fuse so check all fuses, but first check power in and out at the switch, check all bulbs.
