2009 sentra remote start

It started right up like normal. Still gonna put the relay in. I have too many DEI relays sitting around to let them go to waste lol.

Can someone explain the relay in the ipdm?  It appears by the wiring diagrams that i am seeing that you are wiring the relay without any connection to the remote start and that it is designed to connect the starter 1 and 2 wires together whenever the vehicle is in park or neutral. By wiring it this way it seems that regardless of how you are starting the vehicle both of these wires are tied together.
