Do you have your remote turn on wire hooked up to a constant source of power?
Had any alternator problems?
Something is draining your battery or your alt. isn't charging. Do you have an aftermarket radio or factory?

You do not want it hooked up to a constant source of power or your amp will be on all the time. That is why your battery is dying. Since you have an aftermarket radio the remote turn on should just be hooked up to the blue/white wire.

Does your capactitor have a remote turn-on as well?

You might need to hook up a relay to your remote wire.

Okay well I do now how familiar you are with multimeter, but if you can get a hold of one you can see if you have a parasitic drain. If you have one or buy one, you can put the meter in series with your battery and set it to amperage (most likely A or mA on the meter). Taking a reading with your supply wire of the amp wire connected and unconnected. The readings should be the same if everything is hooked up correctly for your amp. However, if they are the same, then there something else may be draining your battery.
If you do not understand anything from above, then take your car to your nearest installlation shop and have them troubleshoot your system. Should be pretty easy TP figure out if you know what you are doing.
Or you could be straining your alternator with the added load. What amps are you running?
