been a long time, remote start, 05 odyssey

I have been out of the mobile install for 4 years now and have a good friend who wants me to install a remote start in his 2005 Odyssey. Who is making a good bypass these days? Is it still best to use a universal and loose a key? I can still get parts from my old work I just haven't kept up with all the new products out there and need to tell them what I want. They are still a DEI dealer if that helps. Also is there a bypass for the sliding doors now a days or is it still the relay method? Thanks in advance, Brad

DLPK by XpressKit is a good one for the Honda Odyssey.  No key to bury and alot of other features.

For just an inexpensive bypass module, try the DEI PKH34.  Works good, easy to program and you don't lose a key.Soldering is fun!

I remember having issues programming the Xpress bypass when they switched to the downloadable firmware style. Has all that been worked out? Has anybody used the Xpress DB-ALL- 401.HONDA4 v2.08? Looks like it has everything I need. For the life of me I couldn't remember the name Xpress. All I could thing of was PLdata. Thanks

all bypasses are concidered "good" or they wouldnt be sold.

the pkh34 module is definitly the cheapest keyless solution, then fortin honda-sl3, and the idatalink. The idatalink will have the best solution(cost the most)
