2002 infinity i35 all door unlock

My friend could not wait for me to install her Viper 5901 in her 2002 Infinity I35 so she took it to BestBuy.  They supposely spent all day and call a bunch of people to figure out how to get all 4 doors to unlock.  I talked to the guy that sold me the Viper 5901 when I purchased it, and he told me that in her car you have to run the unlock cable all the way to the door switch but he never send me the info and I can't get a hold of him now. I have Google and looked every where but I can't find anything about that.  The Alarm is programmed to double pulse unlock and only the drive side unlock.  I have not looked at which cable the installer hooked the unlock cable but I wanted to figure out what I really need to do before I get her car.  Any info will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

You have to go into the door to get to the negative door lock and unlock triggers. ORANGE / Black is lock, ORANGE / Blue is unlock. And yes, unlock requires a double pulse. These wires are the wires that connect to the key cylinder in the door. Best Buy should know this, only unlocking the driver's door is not acceptable in any situation where you pay for someone to do the work.Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.
