Time to back up and re-group.

First question, did you use a DMM to test the wires on the car?? 12 volt, starter, accessory.

2nd question,...Did you solder the connections?

Pull the heavy gauge connector off of the brain and test the contact points on the plug for 12 volts on the red, RED / white, and RED / black.  If those have 12 volts, reconnect it to the brain, use you DMM on your purple connection while trying to remote start, to see if 12 volts is getting to the starter wire. Then check the pink wire for 12 volts while trying to remote start.

Are all of the wiring harness fully seated and in the right port on the brain?

Don't worry about the PKALL for now, lets figure out how to get the remote start portion done using a key in the barrel.

When all else fails, Read the Instructions
