I got the same remote starter. On the bypass module instructions it sayes black wire to "negative out" of remote starter .. dose that mean it goes to bypass output ?

Yes, RED / Black Bypass Output. Also known as (-) Status Output, Ground When Running and (-) 3rd Ignition.
