Do not delete this thread. I am tired of seeing my stuff disappear.
Looking for some help on hooking up the remote start portion of my system. The alarm is all nicely hooked up using chall. Remote start is the only task left unfinished.
Here is how it is supposed to be installed:

Here is the wiring diagram for my truck:

I have a relay, and some of them hooked up. But I just don't understand diagrams that well. I like step by step instructions that are detailed or photos.
If someone could please assist me by telling me which colored wires from where go to the relay and which wire connections I need to make by describing the color of the wires.
Thanks

I have never heard of posts being deleted unless they were offensive or contained inappropriate materials, but starting your post off the way you do definitely sets a negative tone. Do you have specific questions, are you not understanding the manual? Posting a specific question will get you further than simply posting a "please do this for me" type of request. I can only speak for myself, but I believe most on the forum will agree...we will help anyone who puts in some effort, but most are not likely to help someone who starts off the way you do, then simply asks for someone else to do everything short of actually hooking it up for you.
The installation manual for the CHALL spells it all out for you. Using a DMM you will find every wire you need, except for the MUX wire...which is specifically called out in the manual as being PURPLE / brown in that harness.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.

Sorry, you can NOT post a reply.
