Head Units (whats the best bang 4 buck))

I'm looking to buy a new head unit. I am starting to lead towards the Pioneer Premier line. Deck power will be used to power all but the subs. Any opinions?????

I would go with the pioneer premier 740mp. It has great features and is easy to use. The best place to buy the headunit is www.ikesound.com. For every problem, there is a solution.

Premeir is the better series of Pioneer. Another good unit is the Pioneer DEH P7400. (It's this years 70-somthing hundred line. But I believe that's the model number, if your unsure go to Pioneer's website) Lots of cool options and I believe that it has 4V pre-outs. The 50x4 always helps when powering the speakers too!Andrew Weitzel

Hey, just for your information, you can find it for a little cheaper here. It's 15 bucks less than ikesound. In my opinion, both offer very good customer service.      I have a 7400 and I really, really like it. If you just want to have a cd player, it's great for that. If you want a deck that has alot of features for both beginning and advanced users, it fuctions very very well. Just my 2 cents. Cary
