ok well im lookin to put some boss CW125DVC 12's in that box but i need to know what the rms of the xtream amp is or if i should get another amp

All I found was an 800W rating into 4 Ohm x2.
The Watts seems to be music power, hence 400W RMS or less.   
(400WRMS means its fuse would probably be 40A or less, but it could be as high as 45A or 50A.)

I have a 91 escort and its going to need an alternator should i go with the 75 amp or the 95amp to run my system?

My definition of power = you can never have too much if it. Get the 95 amp unit.

I agree.
Unless there is a big difference in price.
The only way to know if you need a bigger alternator is to see - hence why a voltmeter is excellent.
(And definitely one with an internal regulator - but I think 91 Escorts had that anyhow.)

Found out who made them the subs and amp are Directed Audio Xtreme and from what i can see are not made anymore. So now im looking for a good cheap set of 400 rms 12's

Try Infinity Reference, that's what I put in my son's car and they have rocked for 2 years so far. I am putting some in a Neon soon also which will be run by an Infinity reference 600 watt amp into 2ohm

I have a set of those Xtreme 12's in my car going on 5 or 6 years now and they still sound great, I think they were made by Orion, who I think sold out to Directed, I had a Xtreme amp too but it died so I went with TMA
