Hey everyone! i've been thinking about building a little all in one stereo/12v bench testing box. you know, it has a couple speakers in it and a couple outputs so i can test speakers, radios, amps, yadda yadda.
i dont want to finish the box then think oh shoot, i should have added this or i forgot to add a spot for testing something so does anyone have any suggestions for inputs/outputs, switches, and other things i might want to include in this bench testing box? i'll probably wire in some multimeter probes for testing motors, actuators, bulbs, and other equipment as well.
also could you include pictures of your bench testing boxes so i can get an idea of a good layout? thanks!

Wire it up as a complete system, Deck, speakers, amp. Then you can use the box to subsitute most components in the car.   I left a deck level speaker wire out to a connector on the  box, to test carry in speakers with problems. RCA can be unplugged from the test amp, and moved to a amp in question. Or from the test deck to the car system.  Have a small battery biult in, and also have a cig lighter cord to power the box from the vehicle being tested if needed.
