my 98 altezza takes a long time to start now what could be the reason fir this to happen

Start with the battery, is this the original battery, if not how old?

How old are your sparkplugs, oil and oil/air filers?

See where this is going?

You should have thought this through before even posting.

lol i did all that battery fine fairly new

spark plugs new

air filter change 2 month now

Tune-up and compression test?

Splug leads, and (if fitted) dizzy cap & rotor?

Ignition coil output?

I also take a longer time to start than when I was younger.

Oldie, the man said start not run, ref; your post.
