Im trying to do a remote starter on a 99 Porsche and the only issue i have is how to get to the ignition harness. I found all the wires like door lock, door triggers etc but i dont kno exactly how to remove the headlight switch or how to get to the ignition harness without bringing the whole dash down. Thanks in advance.
Confidence is the key to any project!!

The ignition switch wiring comes down below dash then goes through a plug at the bulkhead to the front compartment. You should be able to grab enough loom there.
N.B. As per BMW, make the ACC ignition 2.
Siren position rear right of rear engine bay, pull out back seat trim, there's an engine bay grommet there. Factory alarm if present is under the right hand seat, that's a right PITA to remove and replace.
