best alarm up-grd for factory keyless?

I would like to get an up grade for my factory keyless entry system, whats the best and most affordable.

the only problem with an upgrade is if the factory system goes down then your alarm is out too.
if you add an aftermarket alarm, thenyou can have the same features as a factory system but it will on its own. if it stops working, you can still use the factory one...

You can go with a Code alarm F-35 which hooks up to your factory remotes but doesnt help with the range. I would go with a code alarm F-15 alarm system to get better range, it come with 2 remotes. You won't need the factory remotes any more but they will still work.
