Ok, I know exactly what I did, but I do not know what I broke. I was installing a rear seat monitor for my son to watch DVDs. I needed to tap into an ACC wire, so knowing that I had just installed a Viper remote start/alarm, I knew I could easily tap into an ACC wire. So, I tapped into the Orange H3 wire on a Viper alarm which goes to the Gray ACC1 (J9 Pin2) of the ignition. In the process I accidentally brushed it against ground, shorting it for a millisecond.I thought this simply blew a fuse, but I could not find one blown. The radio does not work, the A/C and wipers don't work, and the power windows do not work. Power door locks work, main display works, and vehicle starts. Does the vehicle have the equivalent of a ground fault circuit? What should I look for? Thanks.

Did you look for blown fuses in more than one fusebox? If not, which fusebox did you look in?

I looked in the fusebox under the hood and the one by the driver kick panel.

I am voting for a blown fuse somewhere.  Look in the owners manual to make sure that there is not a 3rd fusebox.  Look in the owners manual to see which of the fuses may power the things that are out.  It may be one of the larger in size fuses that you may not think is a fuse.

Look at the alarm fuses as well, may have burnt out the ign switch circuit/internal switching, use a DMM to check ACC feed at ign switch.

I'm guessing it's something with the ignition switch. All fuses to the alarm are still good. Anyone have a wiring diagram for the ignition switch and related circuits? Thanks.

Look for a fuse labeled AM2.

Which will either be directly off the battery or an adjacent (to the battery) fuse and relay box.
