damn... well going back to my current setup, is there any way of "extending" the "ground out when activated" wire of my turbo timer? If I could just get that to last another 1-2 seconds, everything would integrate perfectly.
Thanks for all the help!

This will probably do it but it will occur every time you turn off the ignition.

here's another question:
I have looked through the manual and didn't find anything, but just to be sure... on the Python 991, is there a way to use the passive arming but only after pressing lock? Or will passive arming arm/lock everytime the ignition is turned off?
Normally I don't like passive because I frequently leave my keys in the car when I'm working on it or just running in the house quick... and I know they'll end up getting locked inside.

No but you can have passive arming without the locking. RTFM!

I read the manual, but I also remember from my install days that there were some features that could be enabled by a BitWriter that were not in the manual... so I was hoping for something along those lines. I'll have to try to figure out something.
