need your help guys. i installed a compustar rs (cm5200) and i use the idatalink ads-tb as my bypass. all my keyless  wirings are good but i cant remote start the car. i program the bypass and its good. when i try to insert the key at the key barrel and remote start the car and its working. what do you think is the problem? i try to use a different unit and bypass and still cant remote start the car.

do i need to connect the disarm wire (blue) to the rs unit? where can i get that wire other than the power window module?

where can i connect the pink wire (ignition input) of the ads-tb bypass to the vehicle?

where can i find the trunk release wire?

thanks in advance

If the car will remote start with the key in the cylinder, the problem has to be with the bypass or it's wiring.

hi! can i connect together the rearm wire and lock wire of the rs unit and attach it to the lock wire of the vehicle (same as the disarm and unlock)? so that i dont need to open the drivers door module to get the blu disarm wire.

thanks

If simply inserting the key into the cylinder lets the car start, the factory arm/disarm does not have anything to do with it.
