Eight Parking Light flashes :  Neutral safety wire has no ground or the neutral safety switch

is Off.

Is it possible that it is only 7 flashes?  That would mean your are still in Manual Trans Mode.

Sometimes it takes several programming attemps to switch it over to Auto Trans.

Soldering is fun!

No I am 100% sure it is 8.  I changed it back to manual transmission mode and tried again and it was back to 7 flashes.  So I then put it back to automatic and it went back to 8 flashes.  I knew this was not going to be an easy project to tackle but when there is such limited help it sure makes it a pain.  I know through trial and error I will get this working at which time I will post a full write up how to for someone else with a Nissan Titan.

If you can think of anything else for me to try let me know.

KJ

Only a few things to verify.

Triple check that the BLACK/ White Neutral Safety wire is connected to chassis ground.  Use
a Digital Multi Meter to check the wire at the Viper connector.

Unplug the Neutral Safety Switch and use a Digital Multi Meter to verify its' operation.

Maybe it's labeled backwards?

Soldering is fun!
