Hi i just bought the Magnetic switch but the switch has 2 black wire,which one is Negative and which one go to alarm brain,can someone help me Please.

If the switch has only 2 wires, chances are it is a switch for home security use.  It is probably the wrong switch for your application.  You need a normally closed switch.  You probably have  a normally open switch.

Do you have an ohm meter so we can check the switch type?  if so, with the switch away from the magnet, does it show continuity between the two wires?   If it does not show continuity it is the wrong switch. 

There are switches out there that have 3 screw connections.  Common, Normally Open and a Normally Closed contact.
