03 Dodge stratus 4 disc stereo wiring

I'm installing a H/U with 4 disc changer (it's all in one unit NOT the remote 4 disc changer) From a '03 Dodge Stratus into an '03 Dodge Ram. The connectors are different between truck wiring and H/U. When I got the new H/U I got no wiring or connectors, so a simple wiring diagram will be of little use. I'll need a 'pin order' vs color diagram. The H/U has 2 seven pin connectors, one that is black, one that is grey. It  also has 1 small white two pin connector all the back. FYI the stock truck harness has 1 twenty two pin connector. Any information on where I could find either connectors or the wiring info I need would be greatly appreciated. any stereo shop that sells install harnesses should be able to order both the into stereo harness and the into vehicle harness at least i know my shop can get them through metra but any manufacturer should have them ..
