hi guys i really need some help here , i just did a remote starter on 2005 dodge neon , and the car  wont start.  The car has a gray key, that means the  key has a chip .I had installed a remote starter avital with xpresskit DBALL, the thing is everthing works door lock/ unlock ,trunk,but the car wont start,i cheked the purple wire from the remote starter and it gets power as it will start but nothing happen,just click, the remote starter try to engage a  couple times  and thats it,then i try to put the key on ignition to see what happen ,but still nothing,then i took off the DBALL  and i try the 556uw with the key in there ,nothing happened ,i changed  the remote starter brain, but it still wont start  ,please any  help i do appreciate

please someone help me ,can  anybody tell me if this car need to hook up another ignition wire , DEI list one ign wire  but maybe have another one ??????any ideas please

Is the car an automatic or a stick?
Does the car still start with the key?
From your post it sounds like the starter never engages when remote started, even though there is 12vdc on the starter wire. Did you verify you have the correct starter wire?

thank you so much for  read my post, ok here we go , the car its a automatic,yes the car still start with the key,and the  DEI post a yellow wire as a starter wire and i test for starter wire and it works as starter  wire,and when i try remote starter the car the  starter wire from the remote starter shows power ,but not start de car????do you think it can be a tach?or brake wire,because thoses wire are connected to the dball,or missing one ignition?or i power up the wrong one following the DEI TECH SHEET???? BECAUSE I HAVE CHECK ON THE WIRE COLOR THEY SHOW A BLUE WIRE AS 1ST IGN  AND DEI  ITS A DARK BLUE.THANKS FOR HELPING ME

hi   guys  i need some help figure out whats going  on  wrong with my installation , i heard about dodge when they  do not see the key they usualy dont start with remote start ,but if put the key on the ign  the car should start normal right? thanks everyone
