Hey If you can help!!

I have a Clifford Intellivoice IQ, and my radar detector drained my battery totally dead. now that’s its charged up again, the remotes are useless, and i can't enter my valet password. Or when I do nothing happens. I thought this thing was supposed to remember my remote codes, or at least cut the battery when it got too low.

I really don’t know what to do, the owners Manuel says to start programming after entering your valet code, but that’s useless. I don’t want to go back to the people that installed my alarm, because they stole things out of my car.

Any hints or clues to activate the thing again would be greatly appreciated. Their are no blown fuses, its just like its sleeping. Clifford Intellivoice IQ + Dead Battery -- posted image.

i have the same alarm but no battery problem. im still in the works of getting it properly installed in my car :)
what i would do is take everything of value out of your car and take it back to those people and have them check it out.
concerning my valet code, i dont know what im doing wrong but my toggle switch doesnt respond to anything i do with it hehe!
