If you are wiring the starter kill relay to your vehicle, wire the red lead from the supplied relay harness (connected to Relay pin 85 and the banded end of a diode)  to the Ignition wire.  The orange lead from the relay harness (Relay pin 86 and the unbanded side of the diode) is wired to the orange lead of the APS787C.  The starter wire in the ignition harness will be cut; the BLACK/ white from the relay harness is wired to the key side of the starter wire, and the black wire of the relay harness is wired to the motor side of the starter wire.

Thanks .... everything has worked right with the door trigger, trunk release, trunk trigger ... however the alarm keeps activating while the car is running, what I am doing wrong? Please help

Have you wired up the ignition as I mentioned earlier.
Blue to Ford's ignition.

Thanks Howie ... did not connect it the first time because I was thinking it was only use with the remote start feature. Everything is working as it should be now
