I am just wondering if anybody has heard these setsat the sametime. I haven't heard the k2's, but have heard the 600a's at a local shop. I have a pair of 165v focal's in my car right now and are happy with them. I am upgrading to the tdx 15's next month and will probably need more than the 165v's will deliver. Any help?

Either one is a good choice but my personal preference between the 2 would be the Focal. You also might want to check out MB Quart http://www.mbquart.com/2003/en_US/products/series.asp?cat=auto&strt=1&series=Q%20Series

the Hex aluminum tweeter is supposed to be nicer than the Kevlar titanium, but that, as is most things, is a matter of opinion and personal taste...the Kevlar has it beat for midrange though, having a much stronger midbass response...
