sensor wire RX and TX are optional if mount the fuel sensor but I haven't it.
I need only connect trigger door, ACC, siren and of course the power supply. But I don't know which are the wires ( trigger door, ACC )
I'm thinking don't use the relay to stop fuel pump because is dangerous.
Please could you help me?

ACC Blue, Pin 2 6 pin plug at ignition.
Doors:-
GREEN/ orange Pin 10 white 54 pin plug at BCM above accelerator pedal.
pink/black Pin 9 ditto
yellow/black Pin 8 ditto
grey/black Pin 17 ditto
Hatch, white Pin 16 ditto.
Hood/Bonnet RED / black Pin 18, white 24 pin plug also at BCM.
Diode the door triggers together, 1N4004 diodes, bands away from alarm.
Then diode each on hood and hatch same diodes and configuration.
N.B. If this unit doesn't have separate triggers for trunk and hood, again throw it away and get a Cobra 3193 if still available, best ever Italian alarm and bullet proof.
Or get a Viper 1002 with 508d for extra protection, will give you the same as the Cobra but also hatch release and more reliability than any Italian product.

BCM = Body Control Module
On a modern car, usually Siemens or an inferior Marelli copy on Italian cars (yours is probably Siemens Denso)usually incorporated with the fuse box.
Controls all interior functions from heat/AC to windows locks interior lights, hatch release wash/wipe etc. etc.
Also called a multifunction module.
Called a BSI (body systems integrator) on French cars.
Look at the photos above for where it is, most of the wiring is there.

What kind of wire strippers are those, and are they decent down to 24 awg?
my gardner bender and irwins tend to cut wires that small.
