correction: I said this is two relays--I meant to say it's two switches attached to a solenoid. Look at the photo in the link.

same style relay i referred.. search "relay s89" on ebay, will show p&b brand, then look for your 12VDC coil.

Except JS and Ween my last answer uses a 5 amp latching relay, available for about £4 ($6).

No problem there, the question was for something that is easy to hook up. This is about as simple as it gets.
