i guess if you want to be able to totally turn off all the horns, your way is ok.

from what you said in the post i think the way i posted would work better. the way in your pic doesnt let you have only the OEM horn when driving in town.

hi itsyuk, cmiiw, in your diagram you are only using one relay? 87a will go thru the oem horn and the switch you are referring is to close the circuit to activate 87 that is connected to the new horn.

no, on mine, you just tap the 86 terminal into your exsisting horn wire.

when the toggle is on, the extra horns will honk along with your original horn(s).

with the toggle off, the original horn(s) will honk alone.

I really prefer one horn at a time. that's the reason I need to put a toggle switch to select which one will work.

Thanks

factory wire into 86 and 30

85 as shown in my picture

87 as shown in my picture

87a to the OEM horn(s)

the relay would let the factory horn play through the relay when the toggle is open.

the relay would reroute the horn signal to the new horn each time you honk if the toggle is closed

what do you think of that?

And of course there's the infamous KISS method that works every time.
Chuck another 5 amps on your horn fuse rating and just tap your horn + side to the + side of the compressor.

Hi, the diagram suggested above is working. Thanks guys

I have another question, is it really needed to use two relays for one set of horns. One set, meaning one high and one low.

there is only one relay in the picture above. that should be all you need.
