I'm gonna go to radio shack tomorrow. What size diodes do i pick up for the door pins do diode isolate all the doors. And do i need any kind of relays for the door locks?

No relays needed for the door locks, just a straight connection from the Viper.

Basic blocking diodes, the most common are 1N4001 or 1N4004 ( anything 1N400x will work ).

Soldering is fun!
