It works!!!

I went to the wires from the SJB and they were hot (12v). I found a pair that was hot in the channel but only connected the unlock (blue) to the hot PURPLE / grey and it did nothing so I thought they were the wrong pair. I didn't try connecting both blue and green from the alarm module. When I connected both wires at the SJB, the locks work!

The issue now is that it only locks and unlocks the doors and isn't tied into the courtesy lamps like the stock remote. I would really like this tied together since I have LED puddle lamps that I added. Do I need to use a different pair of wires? I'm using the courtesy lights for the door trigger (H2/12 Violet) and I don't have H2/7 Dome Light Supervision connected. Could I connect H2/7 to the lights (grey/purple)? Is there a way to trigger the lock and unlock like the remote? From an AstroChart pic, there are 2 wires at the SJB (PURPLE / green and YELLOW /GREEN) that's for the Door Lock & Arm from the touch pad (which I have) and a Driver's Door Unlock (blue/green)(reversed).

I still need to figure out the 530T. It seems that I can use the wires on the cabin side of the connector but I'm not sure if the driver's controls also come out from there. I don't see any way to pull even 2 wires into the driver's door.

Kreg357 - Thanks so much for your help with the locks! I owe you a beer or three :D

Is there any way to get the Viper alarm to signal a RKE lock/unlock signal? The RKE is tied into memory seats and mirrors as well as the courtesy lights.

You've wired your door triggers wrong, definitely the green not the violet. Also I'm sure they are NO wired when the door is open, check that DEI document again.

No a 530t won't work from either inside the driver's door only. You HAVE to get through the connector, either take it out and drill or pull your cables through or drill another hole and grommet it.

You will need to look at DEI tech document 1921 at least should be in the Downloads/Manuals section above.

Incidentally type B (-) lock wires will always read 12V. at rest, the wire you found was probably a motor wire.
