I've installed a viper 5704 alarm/remote start on a 2007 nissan titan. I used the factory trigger to roll down/up the two front windows and used a 530t on the two rear windows. Whenever i armed the alarm all the windows roll up. After 1 sec later the two rear windows vent down about 2 inches. I have diode isolated all the trigger wires and even used relays to have separate grounds to each trigger to try to avoid any feed back. I have tried adjusting the roll up tension, but no cure. Anyone have an idea on what might cause this?

Just tossing a wild idea out there... not familiar with the circuits you have there, but remember a relay can reverse current when the coils magnetic field collapses. Try putting a diode on the relays. The band side goes to pin 85 and the other side goes to pin 86. Er..the band side goes to your positive trigger (85 or 86 whichever is the positive side of the coil)

Or get rid of those relays?
