Hello all! I have bought a Viper 305 Plus and am installing it in a 1996 Honda Civic Ex Coupe. I have a few questions.
  • I installed the green H1/5 wire to the door switch on the drivers side and the alarm goes off when that door is opened but not the Pass side door, so do I need to hook it up to the Pass side instead?
  • Also the orange H1/1 wire that is pre-wired to the starter kill relay, does that need to have the wire that is just hanging off the relay connected to anything?
  • I want to do Priority unlock on this vehicle, I know I need to wire a relay to the H1/3 WHITE/ blue wire to make this work but do I just hook up the H1/3 wire to 85 on the relay and hook up the unlock ORANGE / green factory wire to 30 on the relay or do I need to connect 30 to the unlock on the pass side factory actuator?
  • Lastly I have a Python 160xv that was already connected to the car I uninstalled it can it be connected back and operated with the Viper 350 Plus remote as a add-on system?
Thanks In Advance

The python 160xv would have been a remote start system, if it was functional and properly installed, you could have simply programmed the 350plus remote to it and voila alarm and remote start. You can reconnect it and go that route, or you can add it to the 350plus for remote start, but IMO it doesn't make much sense to do so.
The answer to question one, there should be a common wire to the front of the fuse box that "sees" both doors, or you can take the feed from the domelight,.
Question two, if you're talking about the black, green and yellow wires, yes they need to be connected, from the ignition harness, cut the black and white wire, green goes to the side from the key, black to the other side, and the yellow taps onto the BLACK / YELLOW from the ignition harness.

Priority locking, here's how it goes. Go into the door, disconnect the central locking wires, then wire the green (-) lock trigger to the lock trigger in the vehicle, and the WHITE/ blue to the unlock trigger, N.B you have to program this output when you're finished, refer to your manual to program it, the third relay is wired as follows, cut the unlock motor wire from the driver's door alone and connect 30 and 86 to a constant fused 12volt source, 87 to the actuator side unlock wire, 87a to the other side of the cut actuator wire, and 85 to the blue (-) primary unlock trigger.

So I go to the pass side door and connect the WHITE/ blue wire to the unlock wire on the relay for the pass side door?

No you're going to the driver door, there will be a couple of thin wire besides the actuator motor wire in the harness leading to the driver door actuator, disconnect these.
