My wife just got me the advanced keys kit for my bday!!! :)
I'm gonna install it in my 2006 G35 and was wondering if I should get the xpresskit or the Fortin kit...
I've been out of the game for a lil while, but I've got about 20 or so alarm/remote starts under my belt.
Which is the preferred module??
Thanks!!!

I used the xpresskit db-all on my 06 Infiniti g35 coupe, it works great! Ive always favored the xpresskit kit modules, I have them in my 11 dodge Durango, 08 dodge caliber, 10 jeep wrangler, never used the fortin before but looking at there diagram they don't use the one wire that I went nuts looking for from the xpresskit diagram, I would have to try there bypass to say, but I like the dball for sure a solid kit if you ask me.

Cool... Thanks for the info! I too have only used Xpresskits, and never had a problem with them. I googled and found the Fortin and was curious...
With that being said, I'll prob just stick to what I know.
Thanks!

+1 on Fortin. Plus it comes pre-programmed. You don't have to buy a programming cable or rely on a seller programming it with the correct firmware.
As long as you buy a Fortin Evo-Can with Firmware 4.0 or higher you are good to go right out the box. Did I mention that the Fortin doesn't need a relay under the hood, and uses less wiring making for a faster, cleaner install...

I finally got around to installing this... Everything is up and running. The DB-ALL does not play nicely!! :( The door locks and brake signals do not work. I'm too impatient to get it reprogrammed, I just cut the wires off the DB-ALL and hardwired them. I noticed that with the car running, the green light flashes constantly on the DB-ALL. It never stops. Is this normal??
Maybe I should have went Fortin!! LOL!!
Thanks...
