OK but you've got sweet buggerall choice in the Antipodes, I should know, my daughter just moved to Kiwi land.
The 350 is an entry level product, not for pros.
That doesn't mean though that it's build quality is inferior to the ho-hum build quality of the rest of the DEI product.
IMO previous gen Clifford made in the US and Compustar, made in Japan are vastly superior.

Hi guys, today I had the same problem, I start my car this morning and suddenly the alarm activate and won't go off, using the remote control and valet bottom to deactivate it but didn't respond, I disconnect the alarm and reconnect it to see if it will reset it but the problem still on.
I test the module just wire it the 12VDC and the ground, the module start with the alarm on, I can hear the relay switching for the parking light, the kill relay is activated, brown cable Siren is on.
Need help, what would be the problem? how can I deactive the alarm? is there something in the module is faulty and need to be replace?

if you have an alarm that has the valet switch( the button used to manually disarm the alarm) on the antenna, then it could be a loose antenna wire or broken antenna. if thats the case then all you can do is find the fuse for the alarm and pull it out.
