I just installed my Autopage RS 750 LCD and so far I'm pretty happy with the performance. There is just one anoying thing that I noticed about it though. The back light only comes on when you press the "SET" button and then turns off as soon as you press any other button. Basically, this means that all I can do in a dark room (such as a theater) is check the status of the vehicle. I can't read the temperature or set the timer or anything else because the second I press another the button the back light turns off.

Did I miss something? Is there any way to override this feature in the remote? Can I change iths so that the back light will stay on longer or come on when any button is pressed?

Any input would be appreciated.
